Founded in 2011 as Milton Keynes Executives Action we became a charity in 2016 and are a 100% volunteer-based organisation.
Our approach is unique, we provide training, information, resources, and support services created and delivered by those who have experienced redundancy and career transition themselves. In short, we've been there, seen it, done it and successfully come through it! Who better to help you overcome unemployment/career transition?
Our volunteers include a faculty of professional specialist trainers who deliver/produce our core agenda of outplacement/career transitions courses, workshops and Skeleton Guides.
Careers-Action is not a commercial or government funded organisation, we rely upon donations and the sale of our guides to raise the money to undertake our work.
